The Council for Mutual Economic Assistance is an economic organization that comprises of a number of socialist states across the Urth. The COMECON's primary goals are to coordinate economic activities of mutual interest, develop the economies of member nations and to develop multilateral economic, scientific, and technical cooperation between member nations. The organisation was formed and is currently run by East Cerdani with it's headquarters being in the city of Berlitow. It's military counterpart is the Berlitow Pact, a defence pact for the socialist states of the Urth.
