Prince Richard, Duke of Järlingby (Richard Oscar Christian Valter; born April 19, 1963) is a prince of Friskland. He is the second son of Henrik VII and Queen Lucia of Friskland.
He married Princess Adelaide of Schaumburg-Lippe in 1983. They have three children and one grandchild.
