ALOYU

ALOYU is a minuscule region, inhabited by a few solitary nations.

Throughout ALOYU, traditions are kept strictly throughout the region, punishing upstarts and rabble-rousers harshly. Nations in the region are considered developing democracies, with some political freedoms afforded to denizens. The economy of the region is remarkably unremarkable, with members being neither powerhouses nor basket cases. The median tax rate of the region is 35%, but is frequently higher for the wealthy. The economies of nations in the region tend to be weighted more towards the private sector, with on average only 49% of the economy comprising the public sector. Commerce is a priority for governments, accounting for an average of 4% of public expenditure.

Denizens of the ALOYU are poorly educated, with rampant illiteracy. Criminality is rife within the region, with law enforcement struggling to cope. Governments allocate a meagre 1%, on average, of their budgets to law and order. Denizens have small defense forces. Public transport is a popular mode of transport in the region, receiving on average of 3% of total government budgets.

Governments in ALOYU communicate very well amongst themselves, with administration departments working smoothly, with 2% on average of government budgets being devoted to Administration. Governments bestow their healthcare departments with a gargantuan amount of funding, with an average of 10% of government budgets across the region being heaped on to healthcare. Welfare in the region is minimal, with only a small amount of expenditure being devoted to spending on social security. Governments within the region are fixated with religious worship, with nations having an inordinately high average of 12% of total government funds devoted to it.

Social inequality is rife amongst the nations within ALOYU. Environments within the region are very good, with a healthy balance of denizen's activity and regard for protection of nature.
