4: Persecution of religious beliefs shall cease, due to a mix of religious beliefs

5: Murder of Butterflies is to be ended

6: Within Coalition House, there are to be no weapons, nor conflict

i: This includes dying. Dying is banned within the walls

7: Coalition Island is under no jurisdiction bar that of the collected approval of the Coalition

8: A membership fee of 13.25% is required to be paid to maintain the Coalition

9: The founder of the Coalition is forbidden from WA delegacy

10: Vote of the delegate must be decided on by vote
