Stateholder of the Union: Head of State, responsible for the Armed Forces, signing international treaties and national laws and overseeing elections and referenda.
Council of the Eforoi: Ten Eforoi, one representative from each Province, jointly exercise all Head of Government & Head of State responsibilities not covered by the Statholder of the Union.
Vouli of the Carians: Proposes and prepares laws.
Ekklesia of Referenda: Organizes the referenda in which the Carian people vote on the laws previously processed by the Vouli.
