Nation/New Emmerian Coalition

The Philanthropist Union of The New Emmerian Coalition is a colossal, economically powerful nation, and notable for its widespread use of Military nanomachine and synthetic limbs. Its compassionate population of 7~ billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. New Emmerian Coalition's national animal is the White Tiger, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, its national religion is New Age Christianity, and its currency is the cR.

History

The Emmerian Union & the Founding of the Coalition

The Emmerian Union was a collective of states with similar idelogies and government types, each with a large contribution to the Union. However, due to Civil Insurrection, the Union was destroyed on the inside, separating Emmeria from her allies, until the 1900s, when Emmeria reconnected with the nations of the Union, reforming a new collective. However, this new group was not an alliance, but a new nation on the world front. 

Significantly behind on technological pursuits, Emmeria began work with Internationally respected Dr. Dwight Hynden, propelling the young nation into the modern world. Their first discovery was the wonder of manned flight, using a new invention known as the bi-wing. As they progressed, they began introducing themselves on an international front, aiding nations with medicinal supplies during the First Great War. However, this peaceful intervention turned to blood shed, as Emmeria's brave medical volunteers were slaughtered by Axis Forces.

The Nation had been thrusted into international warfare, barely being unified ten years before.

In assisting Tokugawa with Project Jormungandr, as well as purchasing the entire military armament from the company, the Emmerian Military R&D Budget plummeted. Needing a form of keeping the balance stable, secret groups within the Emmerian Government turned to a long-forgotten A.I. System, the Patriot O1 Network. Renovating the A.I.'s knowledge through the course of 10 years, they skyrocketed the need for foreign intervention in multiple proxy wars, set up by the manipulation of the Patriot Network. 

Eventually, the Government Sects that had initialized the Network had broken off from the Emmerian Government entirely, forming a secret order among the world. They were known simply, as the "Patriots." 

Whether partaking in peace keeping operations or assisting Rebellions fending off tyrannical governments, Emmerian troops were an increasing common sight on the battlefields of the Suafrikaan plains. While feeding the need for military equipment and the public sector of the large Coalition,
