Stoking commercial activity is a major priority for governments, accounting for an average of 12% of public expenditure.
In The Greek Empire, denizens are afforded a reasonable education, although funding is somewhat wanting. The region's law enforcement is arguably too well-equipped and overzealous, arresting citizens who dare to commit the most minor of infractions. Denizens have well-funded defense forces.
