Adrianos Fabius, 39th Duke of Paphlagonia

Adrianos Fabius, 39th Duke of Paphlagonia, etc. (18 August 1848 – 18 December 1925) was the son of Adrianos Fabius, 38th Duke of Paphlagonia. He was also a Diadochian baronet.

Adrianos Fabius had a wife but because he did not have any children, his titles passed to his nearest relative, Stefanos Fabius.
