Count Alois von und zu Beierwald (born 1936) is a Braslander nobleman and the head of the Comital House of Beierwald. He is the son of Count Hannibal von und zu Beierwald.

In 1959 he married Princess Mónique de Courtenay. They had nine children: Clotilde (born 1960), Emmeram (born and died 1961), Theresia (born 1963), Julie (born 1964), Desirée (born 1965), Henriette (born 1967), Amelia (born 1969), Moritz (born 1973) and Josef (born 1979).

Alois owns large estates in central Brasland.
