Count Alois von und zu Beierwald (1735-1797) was a Braslander nobleman and the head of the Comital House of Beierwald. He was the son of Count Lothar V von und zu Beierwald.

In 1758 he married Countess Mathilde von Falkenhausen, with whom he had seven children: Oskar (born 1759), Elisabeth (born and died 1760), Wilfried (born and died 1761), Moritz (born 1763), Georgine (born 1764), Philipp (born 1766; priest) and Angelika (born 1769). Mathilde died in 1774, and that same year Alois remarried to her sister, Countess Gertrud von Falkenhausen. They had children: Mathilde (born 1776), Charlotte (1778-1797), Wilhelm (born 1780), Margarethe (born 1782), Lothar (born and died 1783), Adelheid (born 1785), Henriette (born 1788), Ulrich (1789-1790), Gertrud (born and died 1791).
