Big Brother Neo Kingston is a Kingstonian television reality game show based on the original Dutch TV series of the same name, created by producer John de Mol in 1997. The series follows a diverse group of contestants, known as HouseGuests, who are living together in a custom-built home under constant surveillance. The HouseGuests are completely isolated from the outside world and can have no communication with those not in the house. The contestants are competing for a monetary grand prize, with weekly competitions and evictions determining who will win the show.

The series originally aired as the flagship programme on cable network Shine from 2007 until the network's closure in 2012. MTV in Neo Kingston aired a single season of Celebrity Big Brother in 2016. Broadcast network C3 picked up the rights to Big Brother with a revival to begin airing in September 2018.
