Bilal Mateen (born 22 February 1995), or known mononymously as Bilal, is a Titan singer-songwriter from Rowland. He first came to prominence after releasing after releasing an extended play, titled Borderline early 2018. In 2019, he was appointed by Titaniumland National Television (TNT) to represent Titaniumland in the WorldVision Song Contest 74 with the song "Wanted".
