The Chancellor of the United Covenant is the head of state and head of government of the United Covenant. The chancellor leads the New Order Party and is the leader of the country which has one of the world's largest economies and the most powerful military force in the world. Because of this, the chancellor is often considered the most powerful person on Earth, and is an influential figure in international politics.
