Christian Dollar Regulatory Act

Passed on January 21, 2014, the Christian Dollar Regulatory Act caused the Christian Dollar to change hands from the control of the Christian States Department of the Treasury to the League of Christian Nations' Christian Dollar Regulation Advisory Board.

Recognizing that several nations have adopted the Christian Dollar(officially Christian Bank Notes) as their main currency, and many others accept it as secondary currency.

Defining the Christian Dollar as the Currency created by an act of the UCS Congress shortly after independence from the US and currently regulated by the UCS Department of the Treasury.

Transfers control of minting and regulation of the aforementioned currency to the League of Christian Nations.

Reserves the right of sovereign nations to maintain their own, independent currency.

Establishes the Christian Dollar Regulation Advisory Board(CDRAB), to consist of one voting member from each country that has adopted the Christian Dollar as official currency and the Secretary of Currency, to be appointed by the Founder on advice of other regional officials, and must be confirmed by a region-wide vote, however shall be acting Secretary immediately after appointment, until the vote is concluded. Nations that do not use the Christian Dollar as official currency may still send a non-voting observer to CDRAB meetings.
