Cossack Kyria is a steadily growing, ultra-nationalist protectorate of the Cossack Khanate. Formerly ruled by an oligarchy of representatives from several iron-fisted dictatorships in the West Pacific, the ethnic Kyrians and the Cossacks who immigrated to the area to work overthrew the oligarchy in a bloody coup. Aided by most of the military, they formed an ethno-state and rapidly expanded their revolution to the farms and factories around the cities between September and October 2018.

They are still fighting for ethnic lands, and they are easily overpowering the weak militias that defend the enemy territory. The oligarchy government officially disbanded and the loyalist military retreated far, giving the Kyrians room to expand territorially. Although considered extremist by much of the world for their aggressive military policy and their execution of former loyalists. However, the Kyrian military follow a traditional code of conduct that is similar to the conduct book of the Royal Cossack Ground Forces. The Cossack government has little to no control over the Cossack Kyrian government, and is represented by military, economic, and social advisors. The current leader of Cossack Kyria is General Arakos Gistraat.

Due to the close bond between the Kyrian and Cossack ethnic groups and similarity of language, they fight and live as one, and inter-ethnic marriages do occur. This is exempted from the Cossack Protection of Morality Act, which prevents all Cossacks from engaging in interracial marriage.

This revolution is regarded as part of the Second Cossack Awakening and has roots in the generations of suppression the Kyrians and Cossacks endured under the oligarchy. In recognition of this, the Khanate has accepted the nation as a protectorate and the ethnic Kyrian nation of Night Regime has sent a large amount of weaponry and support to the Cossack Kyrians.
