Eric Maleinos, 35th Duke of Cappadochia, KP PC Megas Domestikos (15 February 1659 – 6 May 1705) was a Diadochian politician and soldier. He was the son of Eric Maleinos, 34th Duke of Cappadochia and Lady Anne Botaneiates, daughter of Duke of Nicaea. He was summoned to the House of Archontes in 1682.

He married the heiress to a vast fortune named Theodosia. They divorced in 1704 and he died without children. He was succeeded by his nephew, Kostas Maleinos, 36th Duke of Cappadochia.

He was rarely on good terms with his father, particularly after 1677 when his father married his french mistress, causing a violent family quarrel.

While the senior Maleinos line survived the 1600s, their cousin Lefteris Maleinos, was executed for Treason. He was in fact the only one of all of Lefteris' extended family in the House of Archontes who voted not guilty.

He was created a Knight of the Panagia in 1689. He served as a Privy Councillor under Eric III in 1693.
