Florian II (born 8 March 1863) was a Rotgeheiman Stabsfeldwebel (First Sergeant) and former Kaiser of Rotgeheim. He is known for his short reign, only lasting four months, before his voluntary abdication and handing over the throne to another branch of the royal family of Breslau. Since his abdication, he has retired to the island province of Finnmarck with his wife.

Florian II is married to Tanja Geske, daughter of Rudolf I, former Kaiser of Rotgeheim. The two have had two children together, Florian III and Bernhard, the former of which serves as a Major in the 1st Panzer Battalion, 1st Panzer Regiment, 1st VS-Panzer Division Kaiser Florian von Horn.
