The Regulatori is also considered a part of the Fortunan Armed Forces and acts as the police force within the nation and may participate in military combat if found necessary. These four forces combined make up the majority of the military in Fortuna, and consist of around 1,240,000 active personnel and 6,130,000 in reserve or fit for combat, making Fortuna one of Urth's most militarized states. Fortuna requires for it's citizens to serve in the military starting at the age of 17, with men required to serve up to 36 months and women required to serve up to 30 months. The Fortuna Military Council, led by the current Commander, heads the Fortunan Armed Forces. However, High Commander still have absolute power over the council.
