His Serene Highness Duke Gottfried von Kerlich (full name: Gottfried Maria Ludwig Arthur Alfons Alexander) is a Braslander businessman and the head of the Ducal House of Kerlich.

He was born in 1971, the son of Duke Johannes von Kerlich and Silvia von Ledonitz.

In 2004 he became CEO of the Kerlich Group and led the remaining family companies under the last turbulent years of the Palmerson regime. After the restoration of the monarchy, he successfully recovered several of the properties the government had confiscated his family.

In 1996 he married Allegra Fontanetto, daughter of Dr Giulio Fontanetto and Countess Olivia von Weisseck. They have five children: Gabriella (born 1997), Alfred (born 1999), Carl (born 2001), Diana (born 2006) and Lavinia (born 2009).

The Duke and his family live at Burg Kerlich, their ancestral seat.
