Count Hannibal von und zu Beierwald (1826-1908) was a Braslander nobleman and the head of the Comital House of Beierwald. He was the son of Count Alois II von und zu Beierwald.

In 1849 he married Countess Agathe von Berg. They had eight children: Josef Rainer (born 1850), Rudolf (born 1851), Emanuel (born 1852), Adelheid (born 1855), Therese (born 1857; nun), Nikolaus (1858-1859), Karl Thaddäus (born 1860) and Cäcilie (born 1863).

In 1906 he succeeded his nephew as head of the family. He died two years later and was succeeded by his son.
