Henrik VII of Friskland

Henrik VII (Henrik Folke Carl Johan; July 24, 1932 - October 23, 2012) was King of Friskland from 1978 until his death in 2012. He was succeeded by his son, Carl Vilhelm.
Marriage and family
Henrik met his future wife, Lucia di Ordetto, for the first time at a charity gala event in Rome, in 1958. They began dating shortly after, and were engaged in February 1959. They married on November 25, 1959 at the Royal Chapel in Jättenholm.
Henrik and Lucia have four children, twelve grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren:
- Carl Vilhelm VI of Friskland (Carl Vilhelm Axel Henrik; born December 12, 1960). He is married to Charlotte du Bellay, with issue:

- H. R. H. Princess Mathilda (Mathilda Lucia Anna Charlotte; born October 4, 1990)

- H. R. H. Prince Richard, Duke of Järlingby (Richard Oscar Christian Valter; born April 19, 1963). He is married to Princess Adelaide of Schaumburg-Lippe, with issue:
- H. R. H. Prince Christian, Duke of Brostå (Christian Erik Ernst Leopold; born March 21, 1985). He is married to Melina Sjögren, with issue:
- H. R. H. Princess Astrid (Astrid Adelaide Charlotte Melina; born February 28, 2018)
- H. R. H. Princess Carolina (Carolina Louisa Lucia Marina; born June 20, 1988)
- H. R. H. Princess Helena (Helena Francesca Pandora Olga; born September 1, 1990)
- H. R. H. Prince Christian, Duke of Brostå (Christian Erik Ernst Leopold; born March 21, 1985). He is married to Melina Sjögren, with issue:
- H. R. H. Princess Lovisa, Duchess of Lillevik (Lovisa Victoria Lucia Johanna; born May 8, 1965). She is married to Edvin Westermark, with issue:
