Jargaða Umalura Ghrxingkliþo was the founder and first king of the City-State of Redentro. He was a member of the Ghrxingkliþo nomadic tribes who grew dissatisfied with moving around constantly and decided to establish a permanent settlement.

Umalura was born around 1131 in the Ghrxingkliþo tribe called Umalura. Little is known of his early life, but it is known that he had from an early age a desire to settle down permanently in one location. He and several others left the tribe in around 1187 and moved northwest from the east of present-day Galethen to what is now the Southern Tribal Zone. There, he spent several years with the Zðelmjor people.

In 1192, he journeyed farther north, to the present-day district of Redentro, where he, with his companions finally found a place that was (at the time) settleable, and called it Rhdentaro, which is a Ghrxingkliþo word meaning "The people rest here."

He named himself king of the town, which would eventually become Urebat Redentro.
