Jens von Jankow (born 22 November 1863) is a Rotgeheiman Generalleutnant (Major General) serving in the Verteidigungsstaffel. He is currently in command of the III VS-Panzerkorps, 3rd VS-Panzer Army.

Although he originally joined the Rotgeheiman Army in 1881, the formation of the Verteidigungsstaffel drew him towards new opportunities. He signed up at first chance. He quickly rose through the ranks, as he is currently the youngest Rotgeheiman general in active service. In his short term as commander of the III VS-Panzerkorps he has gamed widespread respect and admiration, so much that his subordinates have given him the affectionate nickname "Herr Jankowski" (meaning Mr. von Jankow in the native tongue of von Jankow's ancestors).

He has been seen in public on a few occasions with his wife and children, but he seldom openly speaks about his personal life. Confusingly and interestingly enough, his wife has never been identified. His children, however, were named publicly, leaving no mystery behind them.
