Kenneth Herbert William Whitehall is an Osean politician, lawyer and author, who served as President of the United Federal States of West Osea from 193NE to 198NE, and leader of the Liberal Socialist Party from 188NE to 198NE, currently representing the constituency of Red Creek and Syracuse as a Member of Parliament. After his wife recovered from cancer, he was appointed to the cabinet by Jim Murphy as Secretary of State for the Eastern Seaboard and Florida.
