Template:Infobox church The Cathedral of the Koimíseos or (Greek:καθεδρικού ναού της Κοιμήσεως της Θεοτόκου) is a Diadochian Orthodox church located in Alexandretta dedicated to the Dormition of the Theotokos. The cathedral is the traditional place of coronation for the Holy Diadochian Emperors. The cathedral is over seven hundred years old.
