Owls Protection Act

LNP-2015:1

Owls are hereby declared a protected species. In accordance with this stature it is illegal to:

1. Keep in captivity any owl, unless otherwise authorised in written form by the government for purposes of breeding and safekeeping.

 To keep an Owl in captivity is a capital offence and is punishable by law with the death penalty.  The death penalty is to be carried out following a formal inquiry and within a week of final sentencing without an opportunity for appeal.
 In case of the offender being an organisation, all individuals aware of the ongoing offence are to receive the death penalty.  The organisation is also to be disbanded.

2. Kill an owl for any purpose what-so-ever.

 To kill an owl is a capital offence and is punishable by law with the death penalty.  The death penalty is to be carried out following a formal inquiry and within a week of final sentencing without an opportunity for appeal.
 In case of the offender being an organisation, all individuals aware of the ongoing offence are to receive the death penalty.  The organisation is also to be disbanded.

3. Remove an owl from its natural habitat, unless otherwise authorised in written form by the government and for the purposes of putting in captivity as authorised by the government, or for relocation.

 To remove an owl from its natural habitat is a capital offence and is punishable by law with the death penalty.  The death penalty is to be carried out following a formal inquiry and within a week of final sentencing without an opportunity for appeal.
 In case of the offender being an organisation, all individuals aware of the ongoing offence are to be receive the death penalty.  The organisation is also to be disbanded.
