Public Attire

LPA-2015:1

It is required of any individual, whether in public personally, or on any form of media - including but not limited to: photos, videos and live streams - appearing in public or in publicly accessible areas, or sites on the internet, to wear attire covering the following body parts:

For men of all ages

1. The groin
2. The posterior

For woman of all ages

1. The vaginal area
2. The posterior
3. The breasts

The attire is required to be of such measure that no glimpse or insinuation of that which is covered can be seen through the material, both when dry and when wet.

Failure to comply with this ordnance is a minor offence and is punishable by law with a sentence of up to three months imprisonment or a fine up to, but not exceeding, 2000 Acadias.
