The Demo-Republican Union of Blisserena, commonly referred to as simply Blisserena, is a country that is the founder of, and located in, the small region of Arista. Blisserena is, as it sounds, a country ruled under both democratic and republic groups that elect a president, which occurs every 23 years. The current president is William N. Morrison, who still has 17 years of his presidency before the next election in 2034. The country takes up the majority of the southern region of the island of Seyanne, plus the two semi-major islands of Verion and Adilicie. In the circumstances of population, Blisserena is the largest in all of Arista, with 685 million people as of July 31st, 2017.

As a country having been formed thousands of years ago and surviving past two apocalyptic breakdowns of social order, Blisserena's population has grown tremendously over time and fluctuated quite healthily, other than during the tragedies that almost bore impending doom. GeographyBlisserena is the largest nation on the island of Seyanne. It takes up the majority of Seyanne's south-central area, and additionally owns the islands of Adilicie, Verion, and Sheannamar (a minor island) to the west, and Celinia, another minor island, to the southwest. The capital of Blisserena, Celerta, is the third largest of city of the country, following Larymar in second and Ivonne, the largest city in the country. Celerta's location is northeast of Lake Celerta, on the east-central side of the country. Larymar sits on the shoreline of Verion Bay, as Verion is visible being west of the city despite the distance factor. Larymar is part of the north-central region of Blisserena. Finally, Ivonne can easily be found on the Cherrubian Peninsula, somewhat close to the shorelines to the east. Ivonne's expansive city limits reach outwards within only miles of the shoreline, benifiting those whole live on the near side more than those on the far side.
