President of the Carian League: Head of State, responsible for the Armed Forces, signing international treaties and national laws and overseeing elections and referenda. Elected directly by the people, every 5 years. Can refuse to sign laws and dissolve parliament leading to immediate elections if he deems it necessary to protect Caria's Democracy.
Council of the Efori & Kratiki Epitropi: Ten Efori, one representative from each Prefecture (Νομός - Nomόs), along with the Kratiki Epitropi ('State Comissioners' aka. Ministers) jointly exercise all Head of Government duties & responsibilities. Elected by the people of each Nomόs every 3 years.
The Ten Nomarchs: Act as semi-autonomous Heads of Government of each Nomόs, elected by their people every 3 years.
Vouli of the Carians: Prepares laws for teh referenda, elected every 3 years.
Ekklesia of Referenda: Organizes the referenda in which the Carian people directly vote on the laws, previously processed by the Vouli, elected every 3 years.
