Democratic Empire of Romania, commonly called D.E.R. or Romania is a global state composed of Northern Africa, Middle East, Northern, Central and Southeastern Asia, Europe, Northern Australia, Greenland and Eastern North America. It is the biggest state in history. It was created in 2069 and has grown till today. It's capital is New Bucharest, in Greenland. It is the biggest city in the world and was built in 2102. The population is around 4.3 bilion people.
