High Cyrodiil is a well noted city comprised of 2.252 High Cyrodiilians as of the 2 day of Evening Star of the 203rd year 4th era. The populous is known for its compulsory military attendance which is stirred up debate over years. Many people in the nation enjoy to spend their money freely as part of the many rights that High Cyrodiilians have. Many laws are read over and debated on a daily basis, usually two a day. The Nation is know to be once part of the "New Democratic Republic of Foothills", and has maintained its strength in that region thus far. But the region has had many downfalls and economic destabilization over the years. The history goes far back into the first creation of the Royal Empire which has seen many changes that you can see today. At the time of its creation there was an immediate shortage of income across all citizens; effecting the government and the people that live in it. The nation has also seen a change in its religion and views on military service, which is the most significant change that the Royal Empire has seen (More on historical seconds). The enormous, corrupt, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Law & Order, and Public Transport. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of High Imperial City. The average income tax rate is 82.4%. The nation has also been known to invade and assimilate nearby nations that decide to criticise, go against or attack them; these battles tend to last decades and have very little effect on the powerhouse economy. Many people in the Royal Empire have large amounts of rights and freedoms proven by the happiness report which stands at a 9 Relative cheerfulness Rating, which is very uncommon for the region that the nation lives in and the type of government that it is.

High Cyrodiil has one of the most widely accepted currency in the world. The Currency that is accepted in High Cyrodiil is the gold septim which is produced in the thousands in the capital city. Many other nations accept that form of currency such as The Democratic Republic of New Scientology, and The United Provinces of Ectarlars. Since the coin is so widely accepted throughout the past Region the tourism industry is a huge success due to the continued agreements between the nations, and the people. The Powerhouse economy which the nation is known for is 179 trillion gold septims a year. The main exports that the leader has pride over is the vast Information Technology industry, with major contributions from Tourism, Arms Manufacturing, and Woodchip Exports. Many High Cyrodiilians on average get paid 105,415 gold septims a year but the richer High Cyrodiilians get 337,328 gold septims a year. Another big money factor in High Cyrodiils government is the 82.4% tax rate. In the nation's capital which holds a majority of the money in (suspected) underground vaults, there are many centers for trade and investments, where a total of 52,000 investments and transactions made each month, which is one of many forms that the government gets its money. Another speculated fact about the currency is that the Information and technology which has "committed" several human rights infringements from torture to human trafficking amoungst other violations.

High Cyrodiil is currently active within the The Empire of Tamriel since the 2 day of Evening Star of the 203rd year 4th era, when it came in contact with the founder The Emperor Of Temriel. Since economic, political and social ties with this region are newer and have yet to be further explored; a definitive relationship cannot be fully explored. The history of this region is vast and ongoing as it started in the 9th of last seed of 201st year 4 era is when the people of the land united under the same flag. it is predicted that political and economic ties with this region will and forever grow stronger, due to the similarities (historically and culturally); But also might have hardships against the Wester Cyrodiil due to the difference in population, economic, Military strength and governmental size/dependance. Currently High Cyrodiil is not being marked at this time (as of the 2 day of Evening Star in the 203rd year 4th era) amongst the other nations in an attempt to prevent creation of bad relations. News has taken very strongly to this new relationship with this new region because of the outcasting of High Cyrodiilians amongst the other nations; it is believed that the region will be more accepting in the populus and will be willing to further economic relations.
Religion
Currently High Cyrodiil has the primary religion of the eight divines since the 2 day of Evening Star in the 203rd year 4th era; and just recently dropped the ninth by the government. The reason behind the loss of the ninth god Talos "Hero-God of Man" who goes back the the third era (3 era) as tiber septim (amongst others) and is represented as a wulf. Parker Jackson (The Nation leader) has yet to comment fully on the subject saying "The War has taken a toll on us and we needed to sign treaties and they didn't {correspond} with this topics interests" Parker Jackson Supreme Nation leader that quote has brought about speculation toward the loss of the third god, but life still continues to this day. Many people theorise that the god never did exist and the records are made of lies but nothing has been confirmed yet. Over the years the average of people that support this religion are dwindling at 78% of people that believe in this faith. Latest lists show the ranking of religious by participants and currently worshiping groups 1-5.

History
High Cyrodiil was founded in the first era (1 era) but has been know to date further back by evidence but has little to support this idea. The original people first settled the land of Summerset Isles which was the first recorded landing and settling of the land. Around this time the ancient nordic (soon to be High Cyrodiilians) people divided and moved further west and north. At this point small nations were created like The Dovah Agraat of Voljundok located north west of High Cyrodiil norther geographicly; and the well know Colovian Kingdom of Western Cyrodiil which is to the west of High Cyrodiil. A majority of the settling population moved there in Western Cyrodiil; at the time many wanted to be similar but self governed. Many of the nations can be seen today for example The Empire of Nibense Cyrodiil located East, The Province Of Tamriel located to the south, High Cyrodiil Located north, Western Cyrodiil located West, and finaly The Imperial majesty of The Emperor of Tamriel the capital of the region located near the center of all the nations. The Capital can be found in the middle of lake Rumare amongst the middle island is the capital city of Anvil. Over the years many nations have come and gone leaving behind shallow husks of nations, unclaimed land filled with illegal operations such as human trafficking, cults (Many legal and illegal) and slavery. The land was first farmed and a full city was built in the second era (2 era) the center of it all Anvil the capital; at this time High Cyrodiil did not have a formal capital but some would say the Imperial City would have been the capital and is today. War was not a familiar thing at this time the nations kept to themselves and only traded on a weekly basis between traders. Around the third era (3 era) High Cyrodiil excluded itself from the Strong cyrodiil super nation to become part of "The New Democratic Republic of Foothills" who at the time had a population of 15 nations with a total persons population of 4.6 billion. The land became bleak as nations began to collapse and governments fall. Around 7 nations left and 4 fell due to government insurrection; very few nations remained on the polluted land. High Cyrodiil Left that region the fourth era (4 era) to rebuild relations with its former Super nation. Parker Jackson the leader currently wasn't leader at that time, the leader was (During the 3rd era) Sonara the worthy whose family ruled until the end of the third era (3 era), they're the reason High Cyrodiil left the Super nation. The Jackson Family took reign as king/queens in the beginning of the fourth era (4 era) soon leading up to Parker Jackson in the year 198th year he has been ruling since then. The fourth era was known as "veyd feln" the bleak era; the reason behind this era was because of the murder of king Darthius the worthy who was murdered on his 45th birthday in his sleep. The government had no one capable of leading due to the newly formed council. At this time the Jackson family was a noble family who owned a smithing and shipping business which traded with many neighbouring nations making them very rich and influential. Parker Son of Hiele and brother to Davodus, Parker was the more successful one of the family excelling in his governance and social studies classes when he was younger; but he wasn't the first to be picked as his brother who is much older (By about 4 years) was killed fighting for the imperial army. Parker would soon be named as king of High Cyrodiil at the age of 25, young for most of the kings and queens behind him. Within a few years of his reign there was a turn around in the economic, political, social and cultural status in the nation, he had brought change to the nation and started "yuvon eruvos" the gold year which was the highest point of economic strength and cultural dignity for the nation. Today many of the things that can be found from the third and second era are still around such as the vast amounts of ruins of old towns and military camps, as well as towns and villages that have stood the test of time. The Country is renowned amongst nations as a prosperus nation that has had great change over the years.

Physical Area The Royal Empire of High Cyrodiil covers an area of 5000 square miles. Of this, 76% (3824 sq. miles) is arable land, and 23% (1175 sq. miles) is wilderness.
Population The Royal Empire of High Cyrodiil has a total population of 2.4 billion people.
Settlements The largest city has a population of 10 thousand people, the second largest 5422. There are no other cities of note in the kingdom, and 16 towns. The remaining population lives in numerous small villages, isolated dwellings, etc. Castles The Royal Empire of High Cyrodiil has 12 active castles and 5 ruined. Of these, 10 castles and 5 ruined are in civilized lands, and 2 castles and 0 ruined are in the wilderness, along borders, etc.
Size The Imperial City covers an area of approximately 4925611 acres, with a total population of 299 million people.

Military
Being one of the largest the world the military force of the great nation of High Cyrodiil is one of the most feared... Having most of the spending at 23.5% second coming in at law and order with a relatively small 16.5% funding and spirituality coming in last at 1.7%. This marking a new era of military might; conquests towards other countries has began over this time. Every year a celebratory Fin vokun do dinok parade or 'The shadow of death" and at this time 1/4 of the military from each division will come together and put on a show for the citizens, and the supreme nation leader Parker Jackson. The reasoning for the parade is still unknown the leader has yet to comment on it; the only thing that is truly know is that the training is know by the soldiers as "hell on earth then say 'ha, that isn't that bad' and go deeper, now imagine that and make it 400x worse" what is common for the training is heat stroke, dehydration and most of all long work hours. The practice goes on for 3 months. Fin vokun do dinok parade is and always will be a major part of the nation's history but is not a single main component of what the military in the nation is to be feared. Some major factors of the military are that attendance is mandatory and everyone has to join, and not only that but if a child is found to be a father of an underage girl's child (younger than 18) he must join the military. Training is extremely hard consisting of 19 weeks at basic skills aquaction course (BSAC) where they learn the basics of a soldier; fitness, accuracy, drill, discipline and selflessness are major components of what is taught during this time. The commonly used weapon is the L86A1 for a standard issue weapon, 870MCs Shotgun, L96 sniper rifle and the MP-412 REX side arm. The military in High Cyrodiil is highly ranked amongst its fellow nations; the training is hard and the demand is higher then ever seen. There's three major divisions in the High Cyrodiil Military First Being the High Cyrodiil Royal Tank division (HCRTD) the largest of the three second the Royal High Cyrodiil Air Force (RHCAF) the smallest and the High Cyrodiil Ground Infantry Division (HCGID) which separate into minor subdivisions like the Royal Armoured Reconnaissance teams, the Hell Flyers and the well known infantry squad High Cyrodiil Special Forces (Code Name: The Death Dealers). Declarations of war are spars due to the militaristic view of the Supreme leader of High Cyrodiil; declarations of war towards this country is widely known as a "Death Wish".
