The Libertarian Monarch of Itasio is a Libertarian Kingdom located in the Free market Federation The king bases the country off the non aggression principle as well as enacting a Paleo-Libertarian constitution.

Preamble: We the people of Itasio come together to form a more perfect state with the goal of maximum liberty for all. The formation process is as follows, It shall be governed by a single King/Queen and each province shall be governed by a single Lord, which powers will be restricted to this current constitution under this Monarch.

Section 1: Personal Liberties

- Clause 1: The Monarch shall have no authority over the speech of the people or press, no laws shall be made against any sort of speech, what so ever. The freedom to protest peacefully and the freedom to film shall also not be regulated by the Monarch - Clause 2: The Monarch shall make no laws against the use of any type of firearm. The monarch shall not restrict who may or may-not purchase firearms for anyone who is the age of 18 or above, this choice need be decided by the firearm seller/dealer. - Clause 3: Unless a search warrant be issued, The people shall be secure in their properties and possessions. - Clause 4: A person may not be charged for the same crime twice

Section 2: Role of the Monarch

- Clause 1: Shall maintain friendly relations with other nations, No entangling alliances, No Nation-Building or Toppling of foreign regimes - Clause 2: Shall protect the citizens from Aggression, Theft, Fraud, And Breech of contract. - Clause 3: Shall provide the basic functions of Law and Order and Emergency Rescue Services (Military, Police, Courts, Prisons, and Fire Departments) - Clause 4: Shall enforce and protect property laws, public and private, and from unreasonable waste

Section 3: Restrictions of the Monarch

- Clause 1: The Monarch has no authority to directly tax the people from their labor. The Monarch is not allowed to coercively take money from the people in any form. - Clause 2: The Monarch shall not regulate commerce - Clause 3: The Monarch shall use only Gold and Silver for money, Any type of fiat currency or a central bank is not allowed. - Clause 4: The monarch is not allowed to give any money to any other nations (foreign aid) - Clause 5: The monarch is not allowed to create any type of socialized wealth re-distribution (i.e. Welfare, Pension)
