The Kingdom of Vultuca is an island nation founded in 3500 B.C.E . Vultuca is located in the NorthWest of Urth Near Mexregiona It is a friendly and peaceful nation that recently changed from a republic back into its original stage of an absolute monarchy. Vultuca is currently neutral in the Auroran Pacific war http://nswiki.org/index.php?title=Auroran-Pacific_War and wants to keep out of it but Vultuca will not hesitate to fight against invaders.
