The Northern Customs Union Agreement is a customs union which consists of the member-states of the Northern Union, as well as several nations outside of the alliance. Membership in the Customs Union is divided into two categories; member-states and partner-states. The Union removes trade tariffs and encourages free trade between member-states, and offers reduced tariffs to imports and exports to partner-states. Goods within the Customs Union can travel across the borders of member-states free of charge, though nations reserve the right to carry out customs checks within their respective territories.

The Northern Customs Union Agreement forms one of the core pillars of the Northern Union (Ixnay) alliance.
