Oliver Rauschenberg (born 11 April 1856) is a Generalleutnant (Major General) from Rotgeheim in the Verteidigungsstaffel. He is in command of the XIV VS-Panzerkorps, which totals around 46,000 soldiers divided into three divisions.

In 1875 Rauschenberg joined the Army of Rotgeheim. He was commissioned as a Leutnant (Second Lieutenant) and served until the formation of the Verteidigungsstaffel; he switched branches and was promoted to Hauptmann (Captain) in 1884. He steadily climbed through the ranks of the Verteidigungsstaffel, rising to the position of Generalleutnant in early 1909. It was at this time he was placed in command of the XIV VS-Panzerkorps. During the 10 Days War he led his unit through numerous engagements and because of his superior leadership and tactical planning his forces suffered the fewest casualties out of all other Rotgeheiman corps-sized units. Rauschenberg still serves as the leader of the XIV VS-Panzerkorps.

In autumn 1885 he married Katja Schwerdtfeger, with whom his has two children, Dieter (born 18 July 1889) and Hermann (born 6 February 1893). His son Dieter married Karina Kollmann in 1901 and has given him a grandson, Anton (born 20 May 1902). His other son, Hermann, married Lydia Böhmer in 1903 and has had one child, Arthur (born 9 December 1903).

Both of his sons served in the Verteidigungsstaffel during 10 Days War. The eldest, Dieter, was commissioned as an Obersturmführer (First Lieutenant) and served as an executive officer for the 5th Company, 2nd Battalion, 18th Panzergrenadier Regiment, 18th VS-Panzergrenadier Division Nordland. He fought at the Battle for the Northern Coastline and was decorated for bravery during the engagement. Hermann was also an Obersturmführer (First Lieutenant), and he served as the executive officer for the 3rd Company, 1st Battalion, 16th Panzer Regiment, 16th VS-Panzer Division Sturm. Hermann was involved in the fighting during the Battle of Bloody Gulch, Battle of Widerhausen, and the Battle of Elssler, the last of which he was wounded in action.
