Template:Politics of Montesardo-East Adanzi The Politics of Montesardo-East Adanzi work on the framework of a federal parliamentary democracy, whereby the Prime Minister of Montesardo-East Adanzi takes the role as head of state and the functions of head of government. The nation uses a multi-party system. Executive power is exercised by the government, while legislative power is under both government and the bicameral parliament, the Federal Council and the House of Commons. The judicial branch is considered separate, but has some of its power vested by the executive branch after an administrative reform in 2010. Montesardo-East Adanzi's 1896 constitution, largely amended in 1973, proclaims the Montesardi nation as a democratic and harmonious republic, having is sovereignty from its citizens. It also adds an endorsement towards liberty and democracy, stating that they are essential for the future of the world.

The constitution has made a requirement that the administration consists of a Prime Minister, a Parliament, A Supreme Court of Justice and a separate judicial system for financial issues and common disputes.
