Port-au-Comte is the largest city and the capital of the Kingdom of Lysandus. It is set on the shores of the Tea Bay at the mouth of the Comte river, though its urban area extends to the mouth of nearby rivers Parloys and Fréve, in north-eastern Lysandus. Port-au-Comte is located near the northern limit of the subtropical zone of Lysandus and enjoys a warm and wet climate that is milder than the subtropical climate present on the southern shores as for example in Lorenville.
The barony of Port-au-Comte has a population of 43,875,210 and with its urban area it reaches and estimated 27,352,073, the largest urban agglomeration in Lysandus. It forms a vertex of the LJZL quadrilateral.
