History

Founding and Early Years

Posol Industries began as a small delivery company known as Posol Deliveries, founded by Remis Posol in his parents' mansion's garage. Beginning in Chita, Baykalia, the small company started off by delivering within the city, rarely doing business outside of Chita. The money that Mr. Posol's parents put into it kept the company from going out of business for numerous years. Eventually, however, Posol Deliveries drew a profit, and quickly grew to serve the whole of Baykalia, delivering from city to city, and occasionally delivering to neighboring nations. It was after their first international delivery to Kostromastan that Posol Deliveries acquired Ivolo Processing, Inc., the first of many acquisitions and mergers the company would be subject to. This brought Posol Deliveries into a completely different market, and soon enough, Posol Deliveries had to rename officially to Posol Industries to accommodate for the diverse markets and industries the company had entered into.

Mergers and Acquisitions

Posol Industries has merged with two companies, and has acquired part or all of another 13. Posol Industries also holds a number of notable minority shareholdings in companies like Primrose Inc., AC&C Corporation, Metatron Corp., and Vol-Mart.

Recent Developments

As recently as 2015, Posol Industries has been evaluated as one of the largest companies in Aurora, making up a large share of East Aurora's revenue. The rails are dominated by Posol Industries, as well, with most goods traveling partly or fully within a shipping container or vehicle transported by Posol Industries. It was also recently contracted by the Floating Market Company (an online shopping application to and from The Oan Isles) to handle logistics on its behalf.

There has been speculation by many experts and authorities who believe that Posol Industries is a front to a complex logistical system for the black market. Such speculations have been denied by CEO Lord Remis Posol, and have not been confirmed by any investigations.
