Issla Province (Priz: Isslälannädel) lies at the heart of Prizyetsa, and contains the capital district of Venbruä. Historically speaking, it is often recognized as being the capital region of a united Prizyetsa, and idea which has only ben reinforced in recent times by the presence of the national capital within it's borders. The capital and seat of the provincial government is Vosto, which is also the second largest city in the province. The largest city is Venbruä.

Historically, Issla has always been referred to as the heart of Prizyetsa. This name is due to a number of reasons, though the most important was it's geographical position; Issla province sits at the end of the Innlannäsjo (Eng: Inland Sea) far from would be invaders given that the lands to the south (Fronten Province) served as a buffer from any incursions made by the Kauvaran city states.

The coat of arms of the province feature a blue wave due it's association to the sea, two red fir trees which represent the vast expanses of forest which still cover the hill-lands of the province today. All of this sits on a golden background, representing the province's wealth and prosperity.

Administrative Organization

Prizyetsa is divided into twelve provinces and four special zones, each under the supervision of a sub-minister who in turn report to the Internal Ministry (Innlannsä Ministerien). The provinces are divided into municipalities (Kreisser), of which there are 847. The special zones are split into "holdings" (Lännsädeler), of which there are 14.
