RHE Network Internationale, Inc., also known as Сеть Международная, Inc. in Budanense, is a television network based in Chaves, Buda, when Sandœval bought 2 networks from Y&R, which was a short-lived network from 1958-1959.

It's main news program is budaTODAY, a news program which was founded in 1949 as Compass News, and it transferred to Y&R in 1958 as Y&R News 3, and in 1962 it was transferred to RHE as "budaTODAY".

It uses the SMPTE color bars, when RHE moved from the Indian head pattern in 1975.

History

Before RHE

Compass Network was founded in 1899 as Blyue Radio Corporation, the first radio network in Nation/Buda. It only broadcasted quotes, which is an overused thing, and in 1900, the first song was played, attracting 45 million people to the radio. BRC broadcasted country sings which were composed in the 1840-90s.

In 1931, BRC became Compass Network, thus broadcasting humor. Compass Network was the only network in Nation/Buda at that time, but when Budanense Broadcasting System (BBS) was founded, BBS had 60.5 million people watching daily, compared to CoN's 150.9 million. In 1946, CoN had announced that it will close in 12 years, due to upcoming bankruptcy.

In April 23, 1958, CoN shut down all its programs, whenever someone changes the channel to CoN (8), they will just see a waving flag of the Dynasty of Gachaverse in a building. In April 29, the last broadcast happened. It was a compass flying all over Nation/Buda (Gachaverse at that time), stopping on a building. It then permanently faded to black, 41 seconds before its logo appears, and it ends in the Indian head test screen, before showing static.

Y&R had launched in May 1, 1958, broadcasting various Disney programs. 5 months later, there was a countdown lasting 2 days to the official foundation of Y&R. But suddenly, 7 months later, Y&R had closed due to Nation/Buda - a dynasty at that time, put an abrupt end to Y&R.

Early years (1959-1964)

On May 1, 1959, 1 year after the cessation of CoN, A man named "Sandœval" obtained 2 TV stations from Y&R: Y&R Mitsleote and Y&R Chaves. After he gained the 2 stations, he made Siberia TV, which is a short-lived network and the 3rd embryo of RHE. Siberia TV only operated in Chaves and Mitsleote, two big cities in the okrug of Sakhalin. In May 7, 1959, Siberia TV ceased operations, due to the governor of Sakhalin's request to end the network. In June 19, 1959, RHE was founded on Mitsleote, Sakhalin Okrug.

In February 5, 1962, RHE changed its headquarters to Moscow (capital of Buda/Gachaverse from 1452-2006), due to an invite from the Budanense Broadcasting System (BBS) to change its headquarters. in May 29, RHE moved to full color, along with BBS and many other such as the Dynasty Broadcasting System, before 1969, when DBS ceased operations.

In June 15, 1963, RHE launched RHE Kids, which is the first TV station targeting children in Buda. It also became a subsidiary of RHE Group, Co. which is the most funded company in Buda at that time (BNR395 billion). RHE Kids broadcasted animations of children, depicted as characters, doing stuff like watching tv or walking in a catwalk.

The first program (Orea's Cool Adventures), was launched in June 17, 1963, featuring Orea, a person who is always smart and optimistic, and Summes, who is a person who loves changing other's nicknames and making groups. Main article: Buda/Orea's Cool Adventures.

In April 5, 1964, The government of Gachaverse transferred 7 B&W shows from Excelsior TV to RHE. When Sandœval heard it, he ended the 7 B&W shows and made a network hit: Gacha Resort, which is a sequel to a Y&R show called Gacha World.

In June 6, 1964, RHE bought 25 transmitters for its 25 stations with a price of P45,000,000. Mistakenly, RHE Chaves accidentally aired on RHE Soutas, due to the waves running at the speed of light.

Climb to the dominance of Budanense television (1964-1975)

In January 12, 1965, Gacha Resort made another network hit: Gacha Resort 2. Gacha Resort changed its location to RHE Kids. And then, RHE made P12,500,000 of donations from Budanense Red Cross, the first Red Cross in the Budanense world.

RHE also made many other shows, featuring awesome names of tribes or social groups, leaving journalists confident out there. On August 5, 1970, when
