The RKM Hornung is the lead ship in its class, the Hornung-class battleship. It was completed as the first of an order of twenty of the battleships on 22 April 1903, and was the first battleship to be completed in Rotgeheim. It gained national fame during the 10 Days War when it, and other ships in its class, effectively eliminated all naval opposition without suffering any losses. It is captained by Kapitän zur See Reinhard Wichterle.
