Minyang is a minuscule region, inhabited by a sole nation.
Throughout Minyang civil rights are held dearly by all. Nations in the region are healthy democracies, with denizens being afforded an extensive array of political freedoms. It’s the economy, stupid... and in this region, it’s massive. Inhabitants of the region pay their entire reported earnings to the government. The economies of nations in the region tend to be heavily weighted towards the public sector, with on average only 40% of the economy comprising the private sector. Commerce is a priority for governments, accounting for an average of 5% of public expenditure.
Education is a priority for governments throughout Minyang, with ample funding being provided and teachers enjoying a great deal of support. The region's law enforcement is arguably too well-equipped and overzealous, arresting citizens who dare to commit the most minor of infractions. Defense is an overarching priority for governments within the region. One might suggest they are compensating for something. Public transport is a popular mode of transport in the region, receiving on average of 6% of total government budgets.
Governments in Minyang communicate very well amongst themselves, with administration departments working smoothly, with 7% on average of government budgets being devoted to Administration.
