AABCA is a minuscule region, inhabited by a few solitary nations and without any World Assembly representation.
The straight-backed, broad-smiling populace of AABCA eagerly dismissed concerns of oppressation. Denizens generally have very few political freedoms, but some limited freedom is afforded to citizens of nations in the region. Families in the region discuss laffer curves and supply-side reforms over supper, such is the level of obsession exhibited by member nations. Inhabitants of the region ultimately pay most of their earnings to the government, as the median tax rate is 96%, or more! The region is a socialist utopia: private enterprise is strictly prohibited in the constituent economies. Commerce is a priority for governments, accounting for an average of 6% of public expenditure.
AABCA does not prioritize education in any meaningful way. There is a very high level of crime within the region and law enforcement resources are stretched thin. Nations within the region are forced to use soft fruit and harsh language in the field of battle, with no government funds being set aside for defense. Public transport is considered dirty and trampish in the region. You would be mad to use it.
Throughout AABCA, governments find themselves confused, with administration departments being so bloated that staff do not know what other staff are doing, with an average of over 8% of government budgets being devoted to Administration. Governments bestow their healthcare departments with a gargantuan amount of funding, with an average of 11% of government budgets across the region being heaped on to healthcare. Welfare is a large part of government expenditure, with denizens amply provided for. Governments within the region are fixated with religious worship, with nations having an inordinately high average of 18% of total government funds devoted to it.
Social inequality is a major problem within AABCA, although some effort has been made to correct the problem. Natural environments are quite bad, although some measures have been undertaken to ensure that the environment is protected.
