Allied Liberation Armed Forces

Allied Liberation Armed Forces is a minuscule region, inhabited by a few solitary nations.

In Allied Liberation Armed Forces, denizens enjoy their civil rights, although not too much, or too freely. Nations in the region are considered developing democracies, with some political freedoms afforded to denizens. The economy of the region is remarkably unremarkable, with members being neither powerhouses nor basket cases. Denizens suffer under an enormous tax burden throughout the region, with a median tax rate of 59%, and much higher for the wealthy. The economies of nations in the region tend to be weighted more towards the public sector, with on average only 48% of the economy comprising the private sector. Commerce is a priority for governments, accounting for an average of 3% of public expenditure.

Education is a priority for governments throughout Allied Liberation Armed Forces, with ample funding being provided and teachers enjoying a great deal of support. The region's law enforcement officials try hard to combat a relatively high level of crime, but are hampered by a lack of funding. Denizens have very well-funded, well equipped defense forces. Public transport is a popular mode of transport in the region, receiving on average of 4% of total government budgets.

The administration departments of Allied Liberation Armed Forces are all-consuming, soaking up budgets in aid of supporting a bureaucracy of millions, with an average of 13% of government budgets being devoted to Administration. Some government provision is made for healthcare, but at an average of only 3% the provision for healthcare in the region is paltry. Welfare in the region is minimal, with only a small amount of expenditure being devoted to spending on social security. Governments in the region are avowedly atheist - no public funds are allocated to spirituality.

In Allied Liberation Armed Forces, denizens benefit from a good balance of social equality and motivation for advancement, although equality is the priority. Natural environments are quite bad, although some measures have been undertaken to ensure that the environment is protected.
