After many other nations began to be accumulated in the area, Menledur's father Uril wrote [[The Medieval Compact of Dalrawduel]] to bring further justice and order to the region. The document came into effect for the first time on January 12, 2014. It first appoints certain duties and powers to the [[Founder]] and the [[WA Delegate]], and also creates a third political position, that of High Justice. The founder serves as the legislative branch, the delegate as the executive, and the justice as the judicial.
