Earth II is a planet very similar to Earth, found in the Epsilon Eridani Solar System, inhabited by 2 nations which are World Assembly Members.
In Earth II, denizens enjoy their civil rights. Denizens generally have very few political freedoms, but some limited freedom is afforded to citizens of nations in the region. Economies in the region are stronger than average. Denizens tend to pay their taxes quickly and quietly, with a median tax rate of 20%. The economies of nations in the region tend to be heavily weighted towards the private sector, with on average 30% of the economy comprising the public sector. Commerce is a major priority of national governments within the region, most of whom are trading nations, as is evidenced by the fact that commerce budgets account for an average of 16% of public expenditure in the region.
In Earth II, denizens are afforded a good education, with cheap funding for very good services. The region's law enforcement officials try hard to combat an almost non-existent level of crime, and do this with plenty of funding. Nations within the region have very strong military forces, and tend to be defensive and compassionate. Public transport is well regulated and kept safe within the region, although fast cars are very popular.
Governments in Earth II communicate very well amongst themselves, with administration departments working smoothly, with 6% on average of government budgets being devoted to Administration. Healthcare is absolutely free, with the governments paying for wages and the state-of-the-art medical technology. Welfare is a large part of government expenditure, with denizens amply provided for. Governments in the region are fully atheist - no funds whatsoever are allocated to spirituality.
In Earth II, social equality is total, with approximately 98% of the population happy and wealthy. The environment on the planet is well preserved and looked after.
