Infinite Empire

Infinite Empire is a medium region, with a thriving community with 13 nations and only one World Assembly Member.

The straight-backed, broad-smiling populace of Infinite Empire eagerly dismissed concerns of oppression. Denizens generally have very few political freedoms, but some limited freedom is afforded to citizens of nations in the region. Families in the region are so obsessed with the economy that the discussion of laffer curves and supply-side reforms over supper is a regular occurrence in member nations. The median tax rate of the region is 47%, but is frequently higher for the wealthy. The economy of nations in the region tends to be weighted more towards the public sector, with on average only 47% of the economy comprising the private sector. Commerce is a priority for governments, accounting for an average of 5% of public expenditure.

Infinite Empire does not prioritize education in any meaningful way. The region's law enforcement is arguably too well-equipped and overzealous, arresting citizens who dare to commit the most minor of infractions. Defense is an overarching priority for governments within the region. One might suggest they are compensating for something. Public transport is a popular mode of transport in the region, receiving on average of 4% of total government budgets.

Throughout Infinite Empire, governments find themselves confused, with administration departments being so bloated that staff do not know what other staff are doing, with an average of over 11% of government budgets being devoted to Administration. Governments generally endow their healthcare departments with a large amount of funding, with an average of 6% of government budgets across the region being devoted to healthcare. No welfare is provided in the region. Those unlucky enough to fall into unemployment are forgotten and abandoned. Spirituality is an obsession of governments in the region, with a relatively very high average of 8% of government budgets being devoted to Spirituality.

In Infinite Empire, Social inequality is total, with wealth being held by a tiny fraction of the region's populace. The landscapes of the region are no longer recognizable as such, the atmosphere being unbreathable and the only jungles being made of concrete.
