Islam (or the Region of Islam, abbreviated as RoI) is a medium-sized region, with a thriving community of 48 nations and only 11 World Assembly Members.

The straight-backed, broad-smiling populace of Islam eagerly dismissed concerns of oppression. Nations in the region are considered developing democracies, with some political freedoms afforded to denizens. Economies in the region tend to be stronger than average. The median tax rate of the region is 31%, but is frequently higher for the wealthy. The economies of nations in the region tend to be weighted more towards the private sector, with on average only 49% of the economy comprising the public sector. Commerce is a priority for governments, accounting for an average of 3% of public expenditure.

In Islam, denizens are afforded a reasonable education, although funding is somewhat wanting. Crime is low: the region enjoys well-equipped and well-funded police forces, coupled with efficient but fair judicial systems. Denizens have very well-funded, well equipped defense forces. Due to the lack of any Public transport, streets are packed with cars, bikes, and assorted noisy vehicles.

Governments in Islam communicate very well amongst themselves, with administration departments working smoothly, with 7% on average of government budgets being devoted to Administration. Some government provision is made for healthcare, but at an average of only 2% the provision for healthcare in the region is paltry. Welfare in the region is minimal, with only a small amount of expenditure being devoted to spending on social security. Spirituality is an obsession of governments in the region, with a relatively very high average of 8% of government budgets being devoted to Spirituality.

Social inequality is rife amongst the nations within Islam. Natural environments are quite bad, although some measures have been undertaken to ensure that the environment is protected.

Beginning in the year 2014, the region holds a summit of every leader from member nations. The summit is held at the month of May, celebrating the region's birthday. For the first summit, the chosen place was Hasnuni, the capital of Hazamaeia as it was the sole candidate to bid for host.
