Kiwi

Kiwi is a minuscule region, inhabited by a few solitary nations.

The straight-backed, broad-smiling populace of Kiwi eagerly dismissed concerns of oppression. Nations in the region are considered developing democracies, with some political freedoms afforded to denizens. Most denizens subsist off of basic farming or menial factory jobs, with few economic imports or exports. The median tax rate of the region is 45%, but is frequently higher for the wealthy. The economies of nations in the region tend to be weighted more towards the private sector, with on average only 49% of the economy comprising the public sector. Commerce within the region is an irrelevant annoyance to governments.

Education is a priority for governments throughout Kiwi, with ample funding being provided and teachers enjoying a great deal of support. Criminality is rife within the region, with law enforcement struggling to cope. Governments allocate a meagre 1%, on average, of their budgets to law and order. Denizens have well-funded defense forces. Public transport is a popular mode of transport in the region, receiving on average of 3% of total government budgets.

Governments in Kiwi communicate very well amongst themselves, with administration departments working smoothly, with 6% on average of government budgets being devoted to Administration. Some government provision is made for healthcare, but at an average of only 4% the provision for healthcare in the region is paltry. Welfare in the region is minimal, with only a small amount of expenditure being devoted to spending on social security. Spirituality is a moderate priority of governments within the region, with-1% of government budgets being devoted to Spirituality.

Social inequality is a major problem within Kiwi, although some effort has been made to correct the problem. Natural environments are quite bad, although some measures have been undertaken to ensure that the environment is protected.
