RHMB

RHMB is a small region, sparsely populated by only 6 nations and only 3 World Assembly Members.

In RHMB, denizens enjoy their civil rights, although not too much, or too freely. Denizens are flush with political freedom, although competing opinions often mean that political gridlock is the norm. Economies in the region tend to be stronger than average. Inhabitants of the region ultimately pay most of their earnings to the government, as the median tax rate is 93%, or more! The economies of nations in the region tend to be heavily weighted towards the public sector, with on average only 13% of the economy comprising the private sector. Commerce is a priority for governments, accounting for an average of 4% of public expenditure.

RHMB values education extremely highly, and denizens compete for the largest number of university degrees and sprawling book collections. Criminality is rife within the region, with law enforcement struggling to cope. Governments allocate a meagre 1%, on average, of their budgets to law and order. Nations within the region are forced to use soft fruit and harsh language in the field of battle, with no government funds being set aside for defense. Public transport is a popular mode of transport in the region, receiving on average of 5% of total government budgets.

Governments in RHMB communicate very well amongst themselves, with administration departments working smoothly, with 3% on average of government budgets being devoted to Administration. Governments generally endow their healthcare departments with a large amount of funding, with an average of 7% of government budgets across the region being devoted to healthcare. Welfare is a large part of government expenditure, with denizens amply provided for. Governments in the region are avowedly atheist - no public funds are allocated to spirituality.

In RHMB, denizens benefit from a good balance of social equality and motivation for advancement, although aspiration is the priority. The region's landscapes are reasonably good, although the impact of the denizens has had a noticeable effect.
